Thank you does not seem like enough. I was at a dead end. I had to close my restaurant because it wasn't making a profit, then I could not find a job. Unemployment is at a all time high. I tried renting the property but with rental incomes being so low I was unable to find anyone who was willing to pay a rent amount that would cover the expenses of the up keeping the house.
